On-Chip Reconfigurable Activation Functions based on Coherent Nonlinear Synthesis

We propose a compact novel device with inverse design structure and phase shifter and achieved reconfigurable coherent nonlinear responses. In classical MNIST task, we prove our generated nonlinear responses to be efficient.
