Research on the Application of Intelligent Scheduling for Prefabricated Beam Production Based on Dynamic Plan Driving

As the level of bridge industrialization continues to improve, the scale of prefabricated beam factory construction expands and the production cycle accelerates, which poses greater challenges to planning and scheduling management in actual production processes. Aiming at the problems of time-consuming manual scheduling, non-compact scheduling, and non-timely dynamic adjustment in traditional beam yard production, this paper establishes a dynamic plan-driven intelligent scheduling model for precast beam production, realizing the generation of cycle scheduling plans based on predetermined cycle tasks and dynamic schedule updates during production processes, to provide optimal solutions for prefabricated beam factories' production. It achieves the generation of cycle scheduling plans based on predetermined cycle tasks and dynamic scheduling updates during the process, providing fast, accurate, and reasonable process-level scheduling for precast beam production.
