Force-Sensitive Resistor-Based System for Implicit Behavioral Analysis

This study introduces a fully integrated, IoT-based system; developed to capture, process, and analyze implicit human behaviors through touch sensitive sensors. Using a Force Sensitive Resistor (FSR) embedded in a compatible to hand ergonomics custom designed, 3Dprinted the system continuously collects pressure data reflecting unconscious behavioral cues.NodeMCU microcontroller digitizes and transmits the data wirelessly via the MQTT protocol to a Cloud server, where the data is stored in structured CSV files. The dataset is then imported into MATLAB for advanced signal processing, including filtering, segmentation, and feature extraction, enabling the identification of behavioral patterns such as hesitation, indecision, and attention. This system provides a low-cost, scalable, Data collection for future analysis, and AI supported decision algorithms used for behavioral analysis upon psychologic evaluations ([1], [2]).
