Design and Application of a Supervision Management System for Railway Rolling Stock

To address the current demands for standardized supervision in railway rolling stock production, in this study, we developed Railway Rolling Stock Supervision Management System. This system utilizes advanced technologies such as workflow automation to achieve functionalities including supervision scope, supervision basis, project management, verification management, quality system oversight, communication feedback, document notification, personnel management, performance evaluation, statistical analysis, and configuration management. The application results demonstrate that the system serves as a crucial technical tool for management at all levels of rolling stock supervision, on-site operations, and control over key production nodes. It plays a significant role in enhancing the efficiency of supervision work, promoting the traceability and integration of supervision information, and strengthening the quality control of rolling stock at the source.
