Processing of Electric Jitter on the Measured Waveforms Based on Time-Domain Near-Field Scanning

This paper is used to address the electronic jitter issue in signals measured by time-domain near-field scanning system. In the initial phase, the acquired voltage signals undergo periodic processing, revealing a temporal deviation within the voltage waveforms. Subsequently, the signals from each period are averaged, which reduce the impact of noise and mitigates the time offset of signal. This approach effectively diminishes the influence of electronic jitter on the signal integrity.
