Modeling and Optimization of Partial Disassembly Line Balancing Problem Considering Interactions Among Precedence Free Tasks

With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of product renewal, a large number of waste products are generated. In this paper, considering interactions among precedence free tasks, a partial disassembly line balancing problem with sequence dependent setup times is investigated. From the efficiency, energy consumption and revenue concerns, a multi-objective mathematical model of the problem is established with the objectives of minimizing the smoothing index, energy consumption and maximizing the profit. An improved moth-flame optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by an instance and the disassembly sequences of different solutions are analyzed.
