Application of Industrial Robot Vision Systems in Electrical Automation

Industrial robot vision systems, as a core technology for intelligent transformation in modern manufacturing, play an increasingly important role in the field of electrical automation. This paper systematically presents the core technical architecture of robot vision systems, including visual sensor technology, image preprocessing algorithms, object recognition and positioning algorithms, and other key components. It provides an in-depth analysis of integration methods and coordinate transformation techniques between vision systems and electrical automation control systems. Through analysis of typical industrial application cases, the significant advantages of robot vision systems in improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and reducing labor costs are verified. Research shows that deep learning-based object recognition algorithms have significant improvements in accuracy and robustness compared to traditional algorithms, with vision-guided robot positioning accuracy reaching ±0.1mm, meeting the requirements of precision manufacturing. This paper provides theoretical foundation and practical guidance for engineering applications of industrial robot vision systems in the field of electrical automation.
