Design and Study of Chaotic Oscillator Circuit Based on Bipolar Photoelectric Memristor with Wen's Bridge

In recent years, memristor technology has been widely used in chaotic circuits due to its nonlinear characteristics. In this study,based on the multisim simulation platform, a bipolar photoelectric memristor is embedded into the chaotic circuit of the Venn diagram bridge oscillator, and the nonlinear dynamics behaviour of the bipolar photoelectric memristor is analysed, as well as its impact on the chaotic phenomenon. The design is tested to produce a new type of chaotic attractor with significant periodicity, and the memristor used in this paper is silicon-based and compatible with CMOS processes, which is expected to be used in optically controlled chaotic cryptographic circuits.
