Highly Integrated Communication System for Commercial SAR Satellites Based on On-Board Computers

In recent years, global commercial satellites have experienced vigorous development. Small and medium-sized satellites, characterized by their light weight and low power consumption, have seen rapid growth due to their ease of low-cost, mass production. This paper proposes a highly integrated commercial SAR satellite communication system architecture centered around an on-board computer. It integrates traditionally independent products such as telemetry and control transponders, navigation terminals, and short message terminals into the on-board computer. Analysis shows that this solution significantly enhances the functional density and product integration of the satellite, facilitating its miniaturization design.
