Dc/Dc Chips Trimming System Based on Stm32

To effectively address the issue of parameter deviations in DC/DC chips, this paper proposes a novel trimming system based on the STM32 microcontroller. The system integrates a mode switching circuit, a timing control circuit, a signal conditioning circuit, and a switching frequency acquisition circuit, all controlled by the STM32, to achieve precise parameter adjustment. The trimming results are displayed in real-time on a host computer interface. Experimental results demonstrate that the system achieves fully automatic parameter acquisition and trimming, with a trimming accuracy of within 0.3 %. Additionally, the system meets the functional performance testing requirements while exhibiting the advantages of miniaturization, low cost, low power consumption, high precision, and multifunctionality. These attributes underscore its strong potential for practical applications in post-fabrication chip screening, testing, and related fields.
