Research on the Generation Method of Highlight Programs for the New Power System Based on Strategic Alignment Model

In the new power system, project management is facing the problem of resource allocation conflicts and unclear strategic orientations, and the management method is relatively fragmented. In view of this, this paper proposes the generation method of highlight programs for the new power system based on strategic alignment model. Firstly, the generation framework of highlight programs is build based on strategic alignment model. Secondly, key indicators are selected from the levels of strategic support capacity, industry influence, and enterprise competitiveness to establish an evaluation system. Thirdly, the entropy weight-TOPSIS method is used to evaluate and generate the highlight programs of new power systems. The results of the example show that our method can effectively generate the highlight programs of new power systems that are consistent with the enterprise strategy and the strategy of new power systems.
