Instrumentation and Sensors Integration for Industrial Wastewater Monitoring with LabVIEW Supervision

This paper presents a prototype system for monitoring and controlling industrial wastewater physicochemical parameters, aiming to provide a cost-effective solution for environmental management. The system uses Proteus simulations to evaluate the ATmega328 microcontroller's performance in terms of measurement accuracy and processing. It integrates calibrated sensors (flow, temperature, pH) and relays to automate solenoid valves for regulation. A Labview based supervision interface enables real-time parameter visualization. An EasyEDA designed electronic board ensures optimal component integration. Tested in real-time conditions, the prototype proves reliable, cost-effective, and capable of meeting regulatory standards for industrial wastewater monitoring.
