Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Power Grid Dispatching

This paper studied the functions and applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in power grid dispatching. Firstly, based on the characteristics of AI deep learning, an AI dispatching question and answer system is proposed to achieve one click interaction and quick question and answer between AI and dispatchers, solving their questions during power grid operation, command writing and safety analysis. Based on the characteristics, distribution and importance of power grid loads, an AI recommended precise load control list is established to provide reference for dispatchers to carry out accurate batch control of loads during power grid failures. Based on real-time operation and fault handling of the power grid, AI can generate and submit appropriate reports, saving time for dispatchers in data submission and report writing. Analysis results show that the efficiency of AI in data acquisition, load control and report generation is far superior to manual. The power grid dispatching AI studied in this paper can preliminarily solve specific difficult problems encountered by dispatchers in the operation of the power grid, providing important guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
