Using the Simulink Simulation Package in the Practice of Creating Components of Digital Doubles of the Operating Conditions of Devices

The article presents the results of the development of the methodology for creating components digital doubles of resource and climatic tests of devices. Based on the analysis of information sources, the necessity of creating digital counterparts of test facilities was formulated. A block diagram of the digital double components being created using Simulink tools has been formed. The most representative factors of aggressive influences acting on the device during operation are determined: temperature, humidity and vibrations. Test facilities such as a climate chamber and a vibration stand represented by the components of a digital double were selected on the base of the impact factors. In the Simulink simulation environment, block diagrams of components of digital counterparts of these installations have been developed. The choice of blocks used for modeling and the list of input and output parameters of the presented digital doubles was justified. The results of the operation of models with certain specified parameters are presented. The results of the presented simulation models converge with the results of practical tests on real test stands.
