A Reliability Analysis Using Statistical Tool Cronbach's Alpha to Investigate the Impact of Microfinance on Financial Inclusion and Self-Help Groups

This study explores the role of microfinance in strengthening Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and improving the financial and social well-being of their members using a statistical tool Cronbach's Alpha that checks whether the questions used are measuring what they're supposed to. The data collected through questionnaire from 376 respondents to explore the impact of microfinance on financial inclusion and selfhelp groups. The results showed that our survey was reliable and captured the key aspects of SHG development well. Overall, the findings highlight that microfinance is not just about money-it's about empowering people, building stronger communities, and creating lasting change. This study offers useful insights for organizations and policymakers working to support and improve SHG-based microfinance efforts.
