Research on Classroom Teaching Analysis Methods based on Teacher Teaching Actions

This paper begins by reviewing the current state of research on classroom teaching analysis methods in domestic universities, discussing the problems and limitations of existing approaches. To address these issues, the paper designs a novel set of teacher teaching action coding rules and constructs corresponding coding and observation tables. Furthermore, to solve the problem of the lack of research datasets in the field of education, the paper constructs a teacher teaching action dataset (TAA2024). Based on this, the paper details the automatic identification process of teacher teaching actions, focusing on the architecture design, training process, and performance testing of the identification model. Finally, the model is applied to real teaching scenarios for multi-dimensional classroom teaching analysis. The classroom teaching analysis method based on teacher teaching actions proposed in this paper can extract meaningful classroom teaching information from teacher teaching behaviors, achieving an in-depth understanding of classroom teaching situations, and providing a new perspective and practical tools for the field of classroom teaching evaluation.
