Data Mining the Achievement Motivation Mechanism: A Technological Perspective Perspective on Family Capital's Role for Rural Left-behind Children Using Chain Mediation Model

Achievement motivation of rural left-behind children is a strong emotional experience and behavioral tendency produced by individuals in the pursuit of achievement. In order to examine the relationship between family capital, learning attitude, learning ability, and left-behind children's achievement motivation, the study combined the hierarchical differences in the data to select several primary and secondary schools in a county in western China for the questionnaire survey, obtained 4,252 children's samples, and explored the data through difference-in-difference analyses and mediational model tests based on computational data. After modeling the data, the results show that there are significant differences between left-behind children and non-left-behind children in terms of family capital, learning attitude, and learning ability, and compared with non- left-behind children, left-behind children have a disadvantage in terms of family capital, have a poor performance in learning attitude, and have a weak learning ability; there is no significant difference between left-behind children and non-left-behind children in terms of achievement motivation, social orientation achievement motivation, and there is a significant difference in terms of individual orientation achievement motivation, and there is a significant difference between left-behind children and non-left-behind children. There is no significant difference between left-behind children and non-left-behind children in achievement motivation, social orientation achievement motivation, and there is a significant difference in individual orientation achievement motivation, and the individual orientation achievement motivation of non-left-behind children is significantly higher than that of left-behind children; family capital can directly affect left-behind children's achievement motivation, and also indirectly affect left-behind children's achievement motivation through the mediator variables of attitude toward learning and learning ability. The findings of the study help to reveal the influence mechanism of family capital on the achievement motivation of left-behind children, provide guidance for families to better cultivate the achievement motivation of left-behind children, and offer computational science and technology research perspectives and practical paths for the healthy growth of left-behind children.
