Control of Meo Inclined Circular Satellite Constellation

In order to achieve global continuous communication coverage, satellite constellations have been widely employed. Each constellation comprises numerous satellites, with some even consisting of tens of thousands. With the growing number of satellite constellations, innovative technologies such as constellation configuration maintenance, inter-constellation satellite communications, and ground-based tracking, telemetry, and control as well as surveillance, have seen rapid advancements in recent years. This paper introduces the maintenance of medium-orbit(MEO) satellite constellations, the relationship between the Sun and the orbital plane, and the Sunward orientation control scheme for energy conservation in satellites [1].
