Design of Double-Layer Active Vibration Isolation System Based on KF-PID

In view of the low-frequency and strong line spectrum noise caused by the vibration of ship equipment, an active control double-layer vibration isolation system based on Kalman filter-fuzzy PID algorithm is designed in this paper, and the mathematical model of the system is established by the statespace equation and the rigid-flexible coupling model of the system is established by the multi-body dynamics theory. The KF-PID algorithm is used to simulate and verify the mathematical model and the rigid-flexible coupling model, and the key parameters of the control algorithm such as fuzzy control rules are adjusted to optimize the active vibration isolation effect. After simulation analysis and experimental verification, the initial displacement attenuation rate of the system reaches more than 40 % under the KF-PID control in the middle and low frequency bands, and the steady-state displacement attenuation rate is stable at 40% - 75%, which is significantly improved compared with the low-frequency vibration isolation effect of the passive system.
