Intelligent First Aid Assistance: Exploring the Capabilities and Limitations of FirstAid-AI

Digital health tools are advancing quickly, making it easier to access medical help promptly. This paper examines FirstAid-AI, a website offering first aid advice using artificial intelligence. We explore app's design, user-friendliness, speed, and how well the AI provides advice. Our tests check how accurately the app delivers first aid instructions when users ask for help. Important features include understanding regular language, interactive the symptom checking, and compatibility with different devices, which enhance user experience. We also discuss some limitations regarding decision accuracy and the range of medical scenarios the app can handle. The study concludes with suggestions to improve the app by incorporating advanced medical data and implementing real-time emergency support. This project aims to link everyday medical needs with expert knowledge, aiding quick responses in emergencies.
