Application of an Intelligent Humidity Control System with Condensate Recovery

The aim of this paper is to develop and investigate an intelligent humidity control system incorporating condensate recovery. The system is to adjust and control the environmental humidity by recovering condensate from the air conditioning system, detecting and purifying it to reach the standard of pure water and using it in the intelligent humidity control system. The process is mainly through the air conditioning system evaporation condensation principle recovery of condensate, sensor detection of water quality, multi-layer filtration and disinfection purification of condensate, environmental humidity is monitored using sensors, and then historical environmental data sequences for environmental change prediction, PID (Proportional-IntegralDerivative) control adjustments, and the use of nano-water ionizers for precise control to achieve. The research in this paper focuses on water quality testing and purification using a comparative experimental approach as well as the use of control variables to investigate whether the initial humidity is set by simulation and whether the target humidity is achieved by using the system. The results show that the system of water quality testing and purification can reach the standard of pure water and humidity control can achieve the expected results, while improving the utilization rate of water, has a broad application prospects.
