Provincial Spot Electric Energy Market Settlement Method in China Based on A Unified Data Model

With the continuous promotion of China's electricity market-oriented reform, China's electricity market is characterized by richer transaction types, more diversified market players, more complex market rules and more massive market data. As the final link in the electricity market, the accuracy of settlement is important. Trial run of electricity spot market settlement in China's pilot provinces continues to progress, the settlement system in each province initially has data management capabilities such as reports and statistics, which lays the foundation for the automation of the settlement business in the electricity spot market, but there are differences in the rules of the electricity settlement business in each province, and there is still a lack of a unified model for the settlement data management and settlement business. This paper proposes a method for provincial spot electric energy market settlement, which is based on a unified data model and integrates related technologies, and can provide support for settlement automation.
