Smart Subscription Management System

Subscription business model has long been an industry favorite, and hence there is a need for scalable and efficient Subscription Management Systems (SMS) to successfully automate customer subscription management, billing, renewal, and cancellation operations. Design and deployment of end-to-end subscription management system, with the assistance of web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and secure payment gateways, is discussed in this paper. The system is suggested to automate the subscription life cycle and deliver superior customer experience to the organizations. Automated user login, dynamic price plans, automated billing, and real-time reporting are the key features of the system. The solution is implemented in a live environment, which presents the efficiency and scalability of the system in order to eliminate manual interventions, enhance the revenue tracking mechanism, and enhance user experience. The system efficiency and flexibility are compared with traditional solutions. The research concludes that the system streamlines the subscription management process to a great extent and provides an economic solution to the organizations running a subscription-based model.
