Image Encryption and Dual-Mode Retrieval Scheme Based on a Three-Scroll Memristive Chaotic System

With the rapid development of cloud computing, the problem of image storage has been effectively addressed. However, risks of information leakage remain, making chaosbased image encryption an important solution. Nevertheless, low-dimensional chaotic systems lack sufficient security, and encrypted images often suffer from usability loss. Existing image retrieval methods based on image-to-image search fail to meet practical demands. To solve these issues, this paper proposes an image encryption and retrieval scheme based on a triple-scroll memristive chaotic system. A novel triple-scroll chaotic system is constructed using the principle of translation transformation (PTT), and a multi-round encryption scheme is designed based on the Logistic map to enhance encryption security. The CLIP model and RSA algorithm are introduced to construct trapdoors using encrypted Euclidean distances, enabling dual-modal retrieval. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme ensures encryption security while significantly improving image retrieval performance.
