Research on the Reliability of Differential Pressure Sensors in Nuclear Power Plants Based on Degradation Modeling

Drift is the main failure mode of sensors in nuclear power plants. This report mainly studies the phenomenon of sensor drift and analyzes the reliability change under the condition of performance degradation. By collecting the historical operation data of important sensors, this paper analyzes the degradation data of sensors, establishes the degradation model, and studies the degradation state of sensor capability and its influence on reliability. Through data analysis, the degradation law of some sensors is found, the degradation model is established, and the influence of sensor capability degradation on reliability is analyzed.
