Optimization Method for Fault Repair Strategies in Urban Distributio Networks under Flood Disasters

With the increasing frequency of flood disasters, the safe and reliable operation of urban distribution networks is under severe threat, to mitigate the economic losses caused by power outages, it is imperative to devise an effective repair plan to promptly restore power loads. This paper proposes an optimization approach for fault repair strategies of urban distribution networks during flood disasters, beginning with the construction of operational and scheduling models for emergency drainage vehicles, construction teams, and mobile transformers. Subsequently, fault isolation is incorporated to develop models for power supply and fault area division. A distribution network fault repair scheduling optimization model, aiming to maximize load restoration, is formulated and linearized into a mixed-integer linear programming framework. Finally, the proposed method's effectiveness is validated using an enhanced IEEE 33-bus distribution network system.
