The Construction scheme of dry-mixed MES system in Chuanqing drilling

Chuanqing drilling dry-mixing system includes six subsystems: integrated platform, weighbridge system, automatic storage system, material system, experimental data and field configuration. The data of ash blending process are provided by different systems, so it is necessary to open different systems to operate once ash blending, which seriously affects the production efficiency. The establishment of a highly integrated MES system for cementing dry mixing can realize the automatic push and pull of multi-system data, and the flow from order issuing to production information is completed in MES system, which simplifies the operation steps and improves the efficiency and quality of dry mixing. The cementing dry-mixed MES adopts B/S architecture, and the systems between local area networks use API for data communication, and the data uses encrypted JSON string interaction to ensure the security of information. Directly connected databases are used to share data between systems in the local area network to ensure the data transmission speed. The software is developed in Visual Studio 2015 environment, and the design style is unified by EXT framework, MES database uses MySQL. The foreground uses HTML+JavaScript+CSS programming language, uses AJAX technology to realize the communication between the foreground and the background, and uses Echarts framework to realize the graphics of data. In the background, C# language is used to program, and ADO technology is used to realize database access and data processing.
