Design of Lathe Flexible Production Management Software Based on Spring Boot

The accelerateddigital transformation of manufacturing facilities and flexible lathe systems aligns with the strategic progression of Industry 4.0 initiatives. Current lathe production management software solutions predominantly target proprietary equipment configurations, exhibiting deficiencies in flexible production coordination. To bridge this gap, this study engineers a comprehensive management system by integrating contemporary advancements in industrial automation, technical capabilities, and production requirements. The proposed solution employs a Spring Boot framework for system architecture and utilizes MySQL for robust production data management. Tailored to factory workflows, the software supports automated task allocation upon order integration, real-time operational monitoring, and features an intuitive user interface. Practical validations confirm its efficacy in fulfilling flexible production management objectives while maintaining operational simplicity.
