Generation of High-Density Plasma Using High-Frequency Microwave

As research on microwave plasma sources progresses, these sources are now capable of producing plasma densities approaching the critical density determined by the electron plasma frequency. To achieve plasma with higher electron temperature and density, this paper focuses on the study of millimeter-wave plasma based on COMSOL simulations, addressing the bottleneck of obtaining higher electron density in microwave plasma sources.
