Cloud MCB Trip Monitor: IoT & ML Prediction using Flutter

Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) are essential for safeguarding electrical systems against overloads and short circuits, yet conventional MCBs function reactively, disconnecting power only after faults occur. To introduce predictive intelligence and proactive fault mitigation, a Cloud-Enabled Smart MCB Trip Monitoring System is developed, integrating IoT-driven real-time monitoring, Machine Learning(ML)-powered predictive analytics, and a Flutter-based mobile application. Embedded IoT sensors continuously track electrical parameters, transmitting data to a secure cloud infrastructure, where machine learning models detect anomalies and forecast potential MCB trips. Unlike traditional protection mechanisms, this system prevents failures before they happen, reducing the risk of electrical hazards, enhancing power optimization, and improving overall circuit resilience. The Flutter-based mobile app provides instant alerts, interactive analytics, and remote access, allowing users to monitor, diagnose, and manage their circuits from anywhere.
