Research on the Optimization Model of Positioning Algorithm for Distributed Fiber Optic Acoustic Sensor System in Gas Field Development

In order to improve the precision of location and response rate of the system in the gas field, a new method of location location based on the optimization algorithm is presented. First of all, through the improvement of the conventional TDOA and RSSI, the PSO algorithm is adopted to improve the precision and robustness of location. Secondly, CNN is used to extract the feature and fusion data of the signal, which can improve the precision and adaptability of the system. It is proved by experiments that the optimized location model improves the location precision by 20% compared with the conventional method, and it is robust to noise disturbance and signal decay. Moreover, the optimized algorithm can greatly increase the system's response speed and satisfy the real time demand. Through comparison with the existing algorithms, the superiority of this model is proved, which can provide more precise and effective technology for the development of gas field.
