The Application of Python in Teaching Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics

With the rapid development of technology, computer technology plays an increasingly vital role across various fields, including education. Python, a high-level programming language, has a broad range of applications, particularly in the teaching of probability theory and mathematical statistics. This paper uses probability distribution, one of the key topics in the "Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics" course, as a case study to explore the integration of Python's data visualization modules. The objective is to demonstrate how probability distribution results can be visualized and, in doing so, enhance students' abilities to solve real-world problems using Python, fostering a deeper integration of theory and practice.
