Project Pulse: A Scalable, Secure, and Smart Project Management Platform on AWS

This paper introduces Project Pulse, a cutting-edge project management platform that is designed to boost team collaboration, simplify task tracking, and improve workflow organization. Leveraging popular cloud platform Amazon Web Services (AWS), Project Pulse provides a flexible, secure, and user-friendly environment with features like Kanban boards, multiple view options, live progress monitoring, and powerful reporting and management tools. It aims to address shortcomings in current systems by offering an adaptable and productive solution. The platform’s integration with AWS ensures reliability and security for diverse teams. This paper further proposes the integration of intelligent modules, such as an AI-driven task scheduler and a predictive risk assessment model. We outline the design for these AI components and discuss a framework for their future experimental validation, including metrics for assessing their anticipated impact on a project’s efficiency and decision-making. The goal is to evolve Project Pulse into a smart, self-improving project management ecosystem.
