Exploiting Hyperspectral Imaging for Spatial-Spectral Characterization of Advanced Display Elements

This study presents a comprehensive approach to the spatial-spectral characterization of advanced display elements using hyperspectral imaging microscope. By enabling nondestructive analysis, this method captures both surface and internal structural information, offering a detailed assessment of color accuracy, uniformity, and spatial distribution in modern display technologies. Hyperspectral imaging facilitates the evaluation of display performance under various lighting conditions, providing valuable insights into the interaction between spectral properties and display design. The findings contribute to the advancement and optimization of display technologies, supporting their application in consumer electronics and professional-grade display.
