This research explores how AI-powered tools can revolutionize circuit design by minimizing human intervention, accelerating prototyping, and optimizing designs for power, performance, and cost. Additionally, we discuss the challenges and future directions in integrating AI into EDA, ensuring reliability, interpretability, and scalability in real-world applications.
