Impact Assessment of Automation on Conditions of Employment in the Philippine Banking Industry

The Philippine banking industry is undergoing rapid transformation through AI and automation, impacting employment conditions. This study systematically reviews the effects of these technologies, focusing on job insecurity, work misalignment, talent management, job satisfaction, and wage administration.
