Innovative Portable Stress Monitoring Unit Using EMG Application

A common life stage is stress overload, which can have bad reactions even if some behaviors can be executed. Running out of life and personal resources can cause physical, mental, and emotional distress. More than 10 million Americans suffer from stress, and South Asian India pays less attention to mental health compared to Western European countries. According to the World Health Organization, 15 per cent of India’s population needs mental health treatment. This suggested study examines how individuals recognize the stress they put on their feet on a regular basis. People who stand a lot and do the same tasks over and over again are susceptible to this kind of stress. This is often caused by varicose veins and calcaneum spurs, which are growths of calcaneum bone. Analyzing the foot stress placed on the rear foot by those with these conditions is the aim of this investigation. In addition to providing physiotherapists with reliable data for arbitrament, this suggested study on stress monitoring may aid users in better understanding stress patterns.
