GUI Sustainable Model for Detection of Some Neurological Disorders based on the Effects of Potassium Ion Bifurcation

Hodgkin & Huxley (H&H) model of the neuron cell is famous experimental achievement in the field of neurobiology. After this analysis of H&H neuron model, many other versions have been established, but neuroscientists use H&H equation as a role model for neuronal analysis. Due to this reason, this model can reproduce electrophysiological formulation at a desired range. The formulation of the H&H model on the excitable neuron is simulated in many research activities. But how the various resultants are related with abnormal condition of neurons is not established in research model. Various parameters of H&H model are responsible for a particular neurological condition or behavior are not experimented or clearly explained. Therefore, H&H equations variables and the responses are plotted for further research. It is reviewed from research that bifurcations of H&H parameter at a particular range can be related to abnormal condition of neuronal behavior such as AD, TBI, and PD etc. This paper can analyze the relationship of abnormal condition of neuron with the various specifications of H&H equations by using bifurcation rules. This paper also explains the effects of potassium inverse resistance on the response of neuron by proposing a simple modified GUI Sustainable Model of H&H model. Such analysis has importance because potassium signaling systems are responsible for some disease such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
