Temperature Difference Control Method of Substation Cluster Air Conditioning Considering Thermal Comfort

In order to deal with the challenges of easy overload of power load peak in the substation area, the contradiction between user comfort guarantee and power grid regulation and control objectives, a temperature difference control method of cluster air conditioning in the substation area considering thermal comfort is proposed. Firstly, the air conditioning load control model based on temperature difference is constructed, and the air conditioning load is divided into inherent load and flexible controllable load. Secondly, taking the minimum operation cost of the substation area as the goal, considering the power smoothness constraint and the user ‘s thermal comfort demand, an optimization model considering the power purchase cost, operation and maintenance cost, discomfort cost and transformer overload loss cost of the outward power grid is constructed. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed control optimization method is effective in the temperature difference control of cluster air conditioning in the substation area, the load curve is fully smoothed, and the coordination between the optimal operation of the substation area and the user ‘s thermal comfort guarantee is realized.
