Multi-objective planning of integrated regional energy systems based on engineering economics

The current Integrated energy system planning is limited to a single economic indicator, which is unable to take into account the short-term investment return and long-term supply and demand matching, affecting the long-term economy and sustainability of the system. Therefore, how to achieve a dynamic balance between investment and operational efficiency, and improve the adaptability and foresight of system planning is an important research direction for the optimization of current energy system planning. In this paper, we carry out research on the above problems, and the specific research contents are as follows: regional IES planning method considering multidimensional engineering economic indicators. First, a mathematical model is established for the regional IES equipment to calculate the annual cash flow during the whole life cycle of the system, and the typical day of the season is selected instead of the annual data for the clustering of the load data, and then the net present value (NPV) and carbon emissions are taken as the objectives, and the constraints are set according to the local resource endowment, economic strength, expected internal rate of return, and the payback period, so as to compare the integrated energy system planning models based on different engineering economic indicators, and prove the effectiveness and superiority of the model in this paper.
