Design of an Online Learning and Training System for Enterprise Employees

With the rapid development of modern enterprises, they are facing increasingly complex technological updates and market competition pressures. The traditional training and assessment methods have gradually exposed their limitations, such as the lack of a systematic online learning platform, which seriously restricts the integration and utilization of training resources. This article proposes an online learning and training system for enterprise employees, and provides a detailed introduction to the design and construction of the system. This system not only provides employees with personalized learning channels anytime and anywhere, but also improves training efficiency, reduces training costs, and achieves the sharing and optimization of training resources.
