Automated Sampling and Detection System for High Precision Functional Enzyme Component Analysis

Enzymes, as functional products made by fermenting various natural ingredients with probiotics, have attracted widespread attention and research worldwide due to their rich nutritional content and potential biological activity. The enzymes, vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, lipids, polyphenols, and other substances contained in it have multiple benefits for human health. Therefore, quality control and component analysis of enzyme products are particularly important. This article proposes an automated sampling and detection system for high-precision functional enzyme component analysis to meet this demand. This system not only integrates advanced automation technology to achieve fast and accurate sample collection and processing, but also innovatively introduces machine learning (ML) algorithms. Through deep learning and mining of a large amount of enzyme component data, it significantly improves the accuracy and intelligence level of detection. The experimental results show that the system can achieve efficient and accurate analysis of enzyme components. At the same time, the introduction of ML algorithm enables the system to exhibit higher adaptability and flexibility in processing complex enzyme samples, opening up new avenues for research and application in the field of enzymes.
