Research on Intelligent Hull Design Algorithm in Ship Optimization and Energy Saving Technology

Aiming at the intelligent hull design problem in ship optimization and energy saving technology, this paper proposes an intelligent hull energy saving system based on simulated annealing algorithm. First, a multi-objective optimization model suitable for complex hull structure is designed, which comprehensively considers the influence of hull resistance, fuel consumption and environmental factors. The simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the hull geometry and fluid dynamics parameters to achieve the best energy saving effect. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the energy saving efficiency of hull design. In the selected test case, the optimized hull resistance is reduced by 12.5% and the fuel consumption is reduced by 8.3%. In addition, through simulation analysis, the energy saving effect under different sea conditions and speeds is also quantitatively evaluated, which further verifies the applicability and robustness of the system. The research results of this paper provide a feasible technical solution for the energy-saving design of intelligent hulls, and also provide theoretical basis and data support for the design optimization of future energy-saving ships.
