Research on Dynamic Optimization Design Method of Mechanical Structure Based on MATLAB Simulation

With the development of modern engineering technology, the dynamic optimization design of mechanical structure has become the key to improve product performance and market competitiveness. This paper discusses the method of dynamic optimization design of mechanical structure by using MATLAB simulation technology. The dynamic optimization design process based on MATLAB is introduced in detail, including determining design variables and objective functions, establishing mathematical model of dynamic optimization design, simulation analysis and optimization iteration. Through the example of excavator working device, this paper shows how to optimize the structural parameters by using MATLAB simulation and optimization toolbox, so as to improve the dynamic response speed and operation stability and reduce the structural quality. The research results show that the mass of the optimized excavator boom, arm and bucket are reduced by 7.8%, 7.7% and 11.2% respectively, and the total mass of the system is reduced by 8.3%, which significantly improves the excavation efficiency and operation stability, and reduces the operating cost. This study not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of mechanical structure design, but also significantly improves the dynamic performance of mechanical products and enhances the market competitiveness of products through the implementation of dynamic optimization design methods.
