Research on Multi-source Data Integration Technology Based on Smart Middle Platform

In order to solve the problem of data source sharing, a research method of multi-source data integration technology based on intelligent middle platform is proposed. This paper describes a technical architecture of multi-source data integration. Firstly, the SOAP queue module is used to filter multi-source data to ensure that only data meeting specific standards are further processed. Then, the module of type discrimination and standardization transformation classifies and standardizes the data to ensure the consistency and comparability of the data. Using semantic technology to extract key information from data and establish a unified semantic model for data, so that data can be understood and used in a consistent way. In order to ensure the security of data, MC algorithm is used to defend against attacks and process data, and data query optimization module is introduced, thus reducing query time and resource consumption. Finally, the integration of multi-source data is completed by generating unified XML format integration data. The experimental results show that the intelligent middle platform with this technology has higher semantic recognition accuracy and can understand and process data more accurately. At the same time, this technology can significantly improve the operational efficiency of the intelligent middle platform, so that it can respond and process data requests more quickly.
