Design and Implementation of Chinese Herbal Medicine Management System

With the vigorous development of the Chinese medicine industry, the management of Chinese herbal medicines is facing challenges such as opaque information, complex circulation and large quality differences. In order to solve such problems, this paper uses the object-oriented design concept to construct a Chinese herbal medicine management system based on B/S architecture. The system integrates user management, supplier management, herbal information management, procurement warehousing, outbound management and order management, with a user-friendly interface and supports multiterminal access. Users can easily query herbal information, submit orders, and track status; Administrators have full visibility into inventory, supplier and user data. The system effectively improves management efficiency, optimizes the warehousing process, avoids inventory problems, realizes the quality traceability of herbal medicines, and ensures the quality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper comprehensively analyzes the design and implementation path of the system, provides theoretical support for the construction of Chinese herbal medicine management informatization, expands the theoretical system of Chinese medicine management, and lays a solid foundation for subsequent research.
