Utilizing Space-borne GNSS-R Ocean and Land circumstance detector Data of NanYue to retrieve sea surface wind speed and soil moisture

After the primary analysing the Space-borne GNSS-R Ocean and Land circumstance detector data of NanYue, we retrieve the sea surface wind speed by a character parameter defined of DDMA, and meanwhile we retrieve the soil moisture by a character parameter defined of Reflectivity. The analysing results show that when the sea surface wind speed below $15 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$, the RMSE measuring precision can achieve $2.5297 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$, but on the other hand, when the sea surface wind speed above $15 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$, the SNR of DDM curve indicates a significant degradation so that we can not achieve a satisfying precision by far. Moreover, the analysing results show that the RMSE measuring precision of soil moisture can achieve $0.13 \mathrm{~cm} 3 / \mathrm{cm} 3$, and the proportion of data within 1 sigma is 73.99%, which means a relatively satisfying precision. Hence, Utilizing the Space-borne GNSS-R Ocean and Land circumstance detector data of NanYue to measure middle and low sea surface wind speed and soil moisture.
