Software Design of Host Computer for Fault Auxiliary Analysis of Four Wire Circuit with Changing Operation Direction

After the four wire system changes the running direction circuit fault, the fault scope should be determined by observing the relay state in the change of direction combination, at this time, it is necessary to repeatedly operate the buttons related to the four wire system to change the running direction circuit on the console to determine which relay fault causes the whole equipment to fail to work normally, the whole fault finding process is time-consuming, laborious and requires professional knowledge. In view of this situation, this paper uses relay state information to design fault analysis software based on the relay states in the collected signal combination, and gives the fault range. The upper computer software includes: circuit description module, system status module and communication setting module. When the four wire system changes the direction of operation circuit fault occurs, the software can immediately give the fault prompt, shorten the fault processing time and save the cost of fault processing.
