Risk Analysis of Domino Accidents in Lightning-Struck Storage Tanks using Bayesian Networks

Taking a chemical tank farm as an example. Firstly, the lightning strike probability of the tank farm was predicted using MATLAB software, and four tanks with higher lightning strike probability were selected as the initial accident scenarios. After analysis, two high-risk paths were selected for subsequent analysis and discussion. The key unit and accident expansion probability of the path is analyzed using the Bayesian network method, so as to prevent the possible accident expansion process.
