Sustainable HR Practices through Green Technologies: Analyzing Employee Perceptions of AI and Gamified Systems

Human resource management strategies are increasingly using AI and gamification (GF). This study aims to investigate HR practitioners’ views about GF and AI, as well as the ways in which these technologies influence employment stability. The use of GF and AI considerably reduces job instability, according to a poll of 400 HR professionals. By automating and improving formerly manual tasks, artificial intelligence (AI) may greatly benefit the field of training and development. Employee engagement and motivation may be enhanced with 2 GF. 3 By looking at the effect of AI and GF on job insecurity from the standpoint of workers, this research aims to fill a vacuum in the literature. 1 In this post, we’ll look at how GF and AI may improve HR procedures and workers’ lives in the workplace. Additional investigation into the wider implications of these results and the development of useful training materials for AI deployment is required.
